Part 6: Feature you would love about DESIEVITE

You have selected your favourite invitation or e-card and have customized it. That was one part of the customization process. You must have seen a paper invitation or e-card. A message is printed on it according to the type of invitation or e-card chosen. If it is an invitation it has a venue address printed on it. It also has an event data. In this blog I would tell you how you achieve that.

It is pretty simple.  Our system is so simple that once I told you the process and you followed my steps you would remember it forever . After selection you are taken to invitation detail page. This page is divided in two parts. The first part shows your invitation and you must have customized it till now.  The second part deals with you message, event details and many other features.

The first textbox asks you for the event title. Event title uniquely describes your event. If it is a birthday invitation you can fill it by entering ’My 16^th birthday invitation’.  Enter a unique event title. After that there are more important fields. There is a textbox which shows event date. There is a date picker. You have to select the event date. After that you have to enter the event time. Next textbox asks you to enter phone number. People my contact you if they have any confusion or they want any further information. 

Now the most important textbox come. It is the venue address. Please fill it carefully.  Now comes the country. There is a dropdown. In that select your country. The reason is, desievite is targeted to the people all around the world. According to the country state is shown in the state dropdown.  Select the state. Next field is the zip code. Fill you location zip code.

Every e-card and invitation has a message. A message text box is provided below. Fill a message for your guests.

There is a label shown below the message textbox which is labelled ‘INVITATION OPTIONS’. It consists of how many people the guests can bring. You must have sent your invitation to many guests so do you want other guest to see the guest list. The option hide/unhide the guest list.  Next option asks you that you want your guests to be reminded. If you select the appropriate option the guest would be reminded.
